The company deals with financial, telecom, voice technology, retail and wholesale voice, SMS and carrier services for the last three decades.Experience: 5+ yearsJob Description: • Review APP & Web requirements, specifications and technical design documents to providetimely and meaningful feedback• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases• Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities• Design, develop and execute Manual scripts using internal Manual framework and system• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track all bugs• Perform thorough Regression testing for APP when bugs are resolved• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet business needs• Liaise with internal teams, i.e. Developers and Product Managers to identify and monitordebugging process results• Track QA metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
