This includes coordination with multiple departments, monitoring key performance indicators, and facilitating decision-making processes to support organizational objectives. Job Accountabilities:•Ensure governance compliance, regulatory coordination, and management of confidential replies related to statutory, legal, and law enforcement matters marked to the site head and CBM project.•Oversee the finalization and quarterly review of the Site Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in alignment with segment goals, including tracking and addressing performance gaps through KPI monitoring and HOD discussions.•Facilitate coordination with FC&A for budgeting, SAP authorization approvals, and resolving financial/system issues with the central team.•Organize and lead HOD interface meetings to resolve interdepartmental issues, oversee OMS status before EFGA audits, and act as SPA for OMS SE 8.3 while participating in SE 1.5 and SE 8.1. Also co-ordinate for SE 1.1.•Manage grievance monitoring and resolution under the liaison team with structured reviews, along with tracking and addressing request letters.•Handle local approvals (VAP, IGP, Limited License Software, BIF, REIMS) and Management of Change (MOC) requests with briefings to the site head.•Monitor and coordinate manpower meetings, organizational structure updates with HR, P&C meetings, CSR activities, and security coordination.•Provide technical drafting support and prepare presentations for the Site Head as needed.
