Role & responsibilitiesOversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is performed according to design, specifications, and quality standardsAct as a liaison between contractors, consultants, and the project team to ensure smooth execution and timely completionProvide technical guidance and resolve site-related issues, ensuring compliance with standards and codesConduct inspections and audits to maintain the quality of materials and workmanship throughout the project lifecycleEnsure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site to safeguard workers and equipmentMaintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of on-site activities and communicate progress to project managementAddress any challenges or conflicts that arise and propose practical solutions to keep the project on trackPreferred candidate profile10 years experience in construction industry.At least 5 years experience in JA or equivalent Grade and above of Engineering department or of Railways and/or as JGM and above in civil engineering department in RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL/ any JVs or SPVs with Ministry of Railways, any Metro Rail Corporation either individually or combined.Should have experience in railway / building projectsEducationB.Tech in Civil Engineering
