This role requires a professional who can manage core HR functions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about enhancing employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit processMaintain and update employee records, HRIS system, and prepare HR reports as neededSupport in recruitment and selection process in coordination with hiring managersHandle employee queries and grievances in a timely and effective mannerCoordinate employee engagement activities and internal communicationMonitor attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll team for timely salary processingEnsure compliance with company policies and labor lawsSupport performance appraisal process and assist in training & development initiativesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist roleStrong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor lawsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks
