The ideal candidate will also have experience with Workday integrations and hold certification in at least a couple of relevant modules.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and enhance Workday HCM and additional modules such as Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent Optimization, etc.Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the AMS spaceConfigure and deploy solutions across assigned Workday modulesDevelop and maintain Workday integrations (e.g., Core Connectors, EIBs, Studio)Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teamsEnsure high-quality, timely delivery of solutions and supportMust-Have Skills & Experience6–8 years of experience with Workday HCM and at least two other modulesStrong hands-on experience with Workday integrationsWorkday certification(s) in relevant modules (highly preferred)Proven ability to work independently and within cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
