Senior Business Analyst – Revenue Operations & US Healthcare Software SolutionsJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations (ROPS) and Healthcare Technology team. This unique hybrid role requires a strong understanding of the US healthcare domain, payer-provider workflows, and the revenue cycle, along with the technical and communication skills to interface directly with end users, stakeholders, and cross-functional product teams. You will play a key role in leading strategic analysis, driving operational improvements, and guiding software development initiatives aligned with business and regulatory needs.Key Responsibilities:Domain Expertise:Serve as an SME in US healthcare operations and software, including:Payer-provider workflows (e.g., claims processing, billing, eligibility, enrollment, provider networks)Revenue cycle management and dialysis placement coordinationRegulatory standards (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, Medicare/Medicaid, ACA)Healthcare data standards (EDI 837/835/270/271, FHIR, HL7)Analysis & Technical Skills:Perform complex data analysis, analytical modeling, and gap analysis across healthcare business functions and products.Use tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access to generate insights, automate reporting, and support decision-making.Develop automated reporting for key business driversAssess business impact of initiatives and recommend strategic improvements.Requirement Gathering & Product Strategy:Collaborate with senior stakeholders in medical institutions to gather, document, and validate business requirements.Define and refine product requirements that enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and user experience.Identify opportunities for transformative change in revenue operations and healthcare software systems.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; Master’s preferred.8–15 years of experience in US healthcare as a Business Analyst, Software Developer, or QA Engineer.Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and end users in medical settings.Strong expertise in claims processing, revenue cycle, and healthcare regulatory frameworks.Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, VBA) and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience in product development, process improvement, and cross-functional project leadership.Why Join Us?Make a direct impact on improving healthcare outcomes and revenue operations.Be part of a collaborative and innovative team with a mission to reach world-class performance.Work in a growth-oriented environment with opportunities for leadership and career advancement.Enjoy competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
