We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team in a mid-senior level role focused on artist relations and coordination. This position requires a deep understanding of the music industry, with strong relationships with artists, music producers, and a solid foundation in business processes. Key Responsibilities: Artist Relationship Management: • Maintain and nurture relationships with a diverse range of artists. • Act as the primary point of contact for artists, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Coordination Across Teams: • Work closely with internal teams, including Finance, Content, Marketing, and other departments to facilitate seamless collaboration and execution of projects. • Administrative & Operational Support: Coordinate meetings & manage schedules Business & Financial Understanding: • Prepare offers and proposals for artists that are in line with company’s budget and policies. • Track artist budgets, payments, and contracts, ensuring smooth financial operations. Content Knowledge: • Work with the Content and Marketing teams to ensure content resonates with the audience and is artist-friendly. Industry Networking & Travel: • Leverage industry knowledge to stay updated on trends, industry changes, and emerging artists.• Utilize established relationships with music producers and other industry professionals to support the company’s needs.Required Skills: • Proven experience working in the music industry or a related field, with an in-depth understanding of artist relations, music production, and content creation. • Strong business acumen and an understanding of the dynamics of the music industry, including financial aspects and artist management. • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint to manage data, track projects, and present proposals effectively. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain composure under pressure. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Established network of contacts within the music production community, including music producers. • High level of organization and attention to detail. • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive artist-related information. • Be willing to travel regularly to meet artists, attend industry events, and maintain strong professional networks.
