Responsibilities● Deal Closing: Take full responsibility for the entire sales process from leadqualification to closing deals. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensuresmooth transitions and successful deal closures with international clients.● Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling to engage andnurture leads. Present and communicate the value of Thriving Springs' products tointernational prospects, ensuring tailored messaging that resonates with theirneeds.● Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships withclients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Act as a trustedadvisor to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues to facilitatesuccessful deals.● Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing, product, and sales teams to alignstrategies and messaging, ensuring consistency and relevance throughout thesales cycle.● Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, andcompetitor activities, providing actionable insights to enhance sales strategies andapproaches.Requirements● Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in SaaS sales or similar roleswith a strong track record of closing deals. Experience in the HR Tech sector ispreferred.● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with aprofessional demeanor and ability to build rapport with international clients.● Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of international sales processes and culturalnuances. Expertise in negotiating and closing deals with clients from diversebackgrounds.● Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software tomanage leads and streamline the sales process.● On-site Requirement: Must be willing to work from our office in Hyderabad.
