Hands on work experience to carry out breakdown maintenance of all instruments in Chemical industries.Knowledge on DCS programming & logic modification . Experience in YOKOGAWA make DCS with Foundation field bus concept.Hands on experience in Calibration and Maintenance of field Instruments like Pressure, Flow, Level, pH, Conductivity & Temperature.Knowledge on Ambient monitoring sensors.Experience on project activities like tagging & ferruling of control cables, loop checking..Hands on experience in Calibration and Maintenance of control valves, Positioners, Safety valvesKnowledge on Expansion valve, Solenoid valve, On/Off Valves.Knowledge on HMI.Complete knowledge on relay logic fault finding & modifications & updating of cable schedules.Hands on experience in Magnetic flow meter, Mass flow meter, Vortex flow meter.Knowledge in Air conditioner, Paging system, UPS, Smoke detector etc…Documentation for ISO14001, ISO45001 & other safety audits.Good knowledge in Programming, Understanding the logics preferably in Yokogawa, Emerson & Honey well DCS with foundation field bus configuration.Inventory control & material management.Knowledge in SAP module-Material management.Follow-up of maintenance schedules-Preventive and Breakdown maintenances.Maintenance of weigh scales & weighbridges.Maintenance of Batch totalizer .Knowledge & implementation of 5S system.Hands on experience in calibration of pressure-temperature gauges and switches.Hands on experience in using of HART communicator.Interested Candidate kindly share your resume to MV41@
