You’ll work closely with brokers, freight partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods across borders.What You’ll DoPrepare and submit import/export documentation, ensuring timely customs clearanceReview commercial invoices, packing lists, and supporting documents for complianceCoordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to resolve any shipment issuesManage and maintain accurate records for drawback claims and compliance auditsMonitor and track the customs status of international shipmentsStay updated on U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) regulations and requirementsSupport internal teams with documentation-related inquiries and shipment status updatesWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in customs, international shipping, or trade complianceWorking knowledge of commercial invoice requirements and U.S. duty drawbackFamiliarity with customs clearance processes and U.S. import regulationsDetail-focused with strong organizational and follow-up skillsExperience with ACE or other customs filing platforms is a plusMust be able to work standard U.S.-based business hours
