Job Title: Success Factors Onboarding Consultant The HR Technology team is responsible for transforming Human Resources with science, technology, and human intelligence. Our team builds state of the art technology solutions to create a frictionless experience to our associates, through a seamless digital journey.We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Success Factors Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the operations and continuous improvement for 27 countries that are LIVE on this platform today, including expansion which will eventually have over 33 countries on Success Factors leveraging the onboarding and employee central modules. Your expertise and critical thinking to analyze business requirements and knowledge of Success Factors’ current and upcoming features/functionality will be critical in driving the progress of our current implementation and ensuring successful delivery against our objectives. Job Summary: Primarily responsible to understand complex HR business process requirements and configure, test, and implement system solutions on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding modules to achieve business goals. Support and maintain integrations (inbound and outbound) between Success Factors and the larger ADP eco system in a secure and complaint manner.Interact with stakeholders to understand the business requirements, perform detailed analysis, interact with other technical teams, and conclude an optimal system solution.Manage, support, and analyze SAP Success Factors scheduled upgrades, do impact analysis, create, and execute an action plan w.r.t ADP Implementation.Manage and execute projects to ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Implement and support the SAP Success Factors Onboarding (1.0 and 2.0) projects.Support Employee Central and CPI Integrations.Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and Standard Success Factors Solution.Hands-on all the Data Models.System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.Help clients understand alternatives for system configuration and design.Manage SAP Upgrades and impact on ADP Implementation.Manage Role-Based Permissions and Data loads.Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scriptsStrong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.Qualifications:Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science/Engineering discipline.5 - 6 years of experience and 4 - 5 years of relevant experience on SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module.Certification in SuccessFactors - Onboarding 1.0 & Onboarding 2.0 is a mustMust have done at least two end to end implementation in OnboardingMust have onboarding 1.0 to 2.0 migration experienceShould have good understanding of Employee Central moduleKnowledge on documentation and training materials.Must have worked on at least two support projects.Knowledge on CPI integrations is a plus.Knowledge on SAP HCM is a plus.Good Communication Skills.Location:Hyderabad, India
