Responsibilities:A strategic and results-driven Salesforce leader with proven expertise in building and mentoring high-performing teams, aligning technology with business goals, and driving enterprise-level Salesforce initiatives. Leads end-to-end solution delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and SiteTracker, ensuring technical excellence, innovation, and timely execution. Provides architectural oversight, implements governance frameworks, and drives platform optimization. Collaborates with global stakeholders to align Salesforce strategy and roadmap with business growth. Champions AI integration, automation, and analytics for enhanced efficiency and user experience. Skilled in stakeholder management, project execution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within cross-functional teams.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 10+ years of experience with Salesforce, including at least 5 years in leadership or managerial positionsExtensive expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and SiteTrackerProven experience leading and managing Salesforce development and implementation teamsDeep architectural knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practicesExpert-level understanding of Salesforce development technologies (Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, etc.)Strong understanding of the energy efficiency, sustainability, or related industriesExperience managing complex Salesforce implementations, customizations, and integration projectsDemonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with tactical executionExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of software development methodologies and project management frameworksPreferred Qualifications:Multiple advanced Salesforce certifications, including System Architect or Technical ArchitectExperience with Databricks integration or similar analytics platformsPrevious experience working in a global organization with distributed teamsExperience implementing and optimizing CPQ solutions for complex product offeringsExpertise in implementing AI and automation capabilities within SalesforceExperience with SiteTracker implementations for field service and project managementKnowledge of energy efficiency measurement, verification, and project management processesExperience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management for SalesforceMBA or other advanced business degreeExperience managing offshore delivery teams in India
