We support our clients' needs in Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Hospital business units, and we have managed portfolios in the Biologics space, Branded Pharmaceuticals, Generics, APIs, Diagnostics, and Packaging & Delivery Systems.Brief Introduction:If you are keen to work on analytical problem solving, then work in the area of advance data analytics/sciences to provide consulting to pharmaceutical clients.Responsibilities:Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress.Develop client relationships and serve as an offshore key point of contact for the project/account(s).Communicate results to clients and onshore counterparts/team members.Help organizations to understand best practices around advanced solutions and provide advice on strategies.Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and budget.Interpreting and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data points; hypothesis building with strong excel and PPT skills.Thinking in multiple directions of outcomes and deep dive till the end of road.Monitor progress manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.Analyzing the AI/ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability.Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world.Leadership:Will be responsible for overall leadership, talent development, skill advancement, and engagement and retention of talent in the team.Foster learning mindset in the team to proactively develop research and story-telling skills, leveraging multiple sources of data to answer business questions.Develop new capabilities leveraging new sources of data and methods that include segment- level analysis, etc.Provide leadership to help people perform at their best, through motivating and developing them to achieve high performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s in EngineeringMinimum 10 years of pharma / life science consulting job experienceHigh motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiativeStory building skill is mustStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong excel and PowerPoint skillsAdherence to client specific data privacy and compliance policiesKnowledge on Deep learning techniques is added advantageKnowledge on most commonly used transactional data assets and others including Volumes/ Value, Rx, Specialty level, Longitudinal Patient level data assetsOther Competencies:Entrepreneurial orientation.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).Innovative and collaborative behavior, team player.Customer centricity and paying attention to details.
