Dear Connections,ACL Digital hiring for Senor BNG Network Engineer for Manesar Location.Job Description: Senior BNG Network EngineerAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BNG Network Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Broadband Network Gateways (BNGs). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BNG technologies and protocols, including AAA, DHCP, QoS, Radius, PPPoE, BGP, and OSPF.Key Responsibilities:BNG Configuration and Optimization:Configure and optimize BNG devices (e.g., Nokia 7750 SR, Cisco ASR 9000) to meet service level agreements (SLAs).Implement and troubleshoot BNG features like PPPoE, DHCP, and IP routing protocols.Optimize BNG performance and scalability.AAA Integration:Integrate and configure AAA servers (RADIUS, Diameter) for user authentication, authorization, and accounting.Troubleshoot AAA related issues, including authentication failures and accounting discrepancies.QoS Implementation:Design and implement QoS policies to ensure optimal service delivery for different subscriber classes.Configure traffic shaping, policing, and prioritization mechanisms.Monitor and analyze QoS performance to identify and resolve issues.Network Design and Implementation:Design and implement BNG network solutions, including IP/MPLS, L2/L3 VPNs, and Segment Routing.Configure and optimize network devices (routers, switches) to achieve optimal performance and reliability.Troubleshoot network issues, analyze network traffic, and identify performance bottlenecks.Network Operations:Monitor BNG network performance and proactively address potential issues.Perform routine network maintenance tasks, including software upgrades and configuration changes.Respond to network outages and service disruptions in a timely manner.Required Skills and Experience:5-10 years of experience in BNG network engineeringStrong understanding of BNG protocols (PPPoE, DHCP, RADIUS, AAA)In-depth knowledge of IP/MPLS technologies, including L2/L3 VPNs, VRF, VPRN, and Segment RoutingHands-on experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)Experience with network management tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix)Proficiency in network troubleshooting and analysis techniquesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:Certifications: CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent certificationsInterested candidate can share their resume to amit.k@Thanks & RegardsAmit Kumar
