Join AMPIN Energy Transition’s Legal team!We are looking to hire an In-House Legal Counsel for our Delhi Office to work on project contracts and regulatory matters.How you will contribute:• Drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements (Term Sheets, PPA with captive / group captive/ bilateral consumers.• Drafting, review and negotiation of agreements related to Behind the Meter (BTM) / Rooftop solar solutions.• Representations / Presentations / Regulatory Updates in various internal and external forums based on the basic knowledge of Electricity Act - 2003. • Drafting, review and negotiation of agreements• Managing title due diligence of land for establishing solar and wind power plants across India.• Authentication of property title documents.• Apprising the Senior Management regarding the progress of land acquisition and title clearance and suggesting future course of action.• Act as a custodian of all legal and title documents and related documents.• Good in excel for preparing milestones and cash flowsIdeal Skills for this role include:• Bachelor of Law with specialization in Power - preferably from reputed institute• 1+ years post-qualification, candidates who have experience in the renewable energy sector will be preferred.• Detail oriented with ability to work collaboratively with team members nearby and remotely, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.• Excellent inter - personal skills• Should be willing to travel nationally
