As a vital point of contact between NatureNurture and school leadership teams, this role demands strategic thinking, empathetic listening, and execution excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring schools experience meaningful value from our solutions and that our partnerships evolve into long-term, trusted collaborations.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of schools across India.Build trust with school principals, academic coordinators, and management teams.Conduct regular check-ins, review meetings, and feedback sessions to ensure engagement and satisfaction.Onboarding & ImplementationManage onboarding for new client schools—ensuring a seamless handover from the sales team.Coordinate with internal teams (content, training, operations) to deliver timely and high-quality solutions.Create implementation plans tailored to the unique needs of each school.Retention & GrowthTrack school usage, engagement metrics, and performance data to ensure long-term retention.Identify opportunities for upselling or introducing new programs based on evolving school needs.Maintain accurate documentation of all school interactions and progress.Issue ResolutionAct as the point of escalation for any concerns or service issues.Liaise with product and content teams to ensure swift and effective resolution.Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems before they escalate.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with academic trainers, curriculum specialists, and logistics teams to align school expectations with delivery timelines.Contribute client insights to the product and content teams for ongoing innovation and refinement.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred (Education, Communication, Business, or related fields).4–7 years of experience in client management, school engagement, education consulting, or similar roles.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.Key Competencies:Empathy and active listeningRelationship-building and influencingStrategic thinking and executionAttention to detailAdaptability and problem-solvingPassion for education and impactWhy Join NatureNurture:Work at the forefront of educational innovation.Be part of a purpose-driven team creating real-world impact in classrooms.Collaborate with educators, curriculum designers, and thought leaders.Thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and supportive environment.
