Dear Connections,We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator who will be responsible for processing employee lifecycle changes including onboarding and offboarding within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, enabling them to effectively manage and improve these crucial HR functions.Location: Chennai (WFO)Shift Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AMCTC: Max 10LPAExperience: 3 years to 8 YearsResponsibilitiesCollaborates with the onboarding team to process new hires in the HRIS by ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately.Manages and maintains employees I-9sCoordinate with IT, payroll, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires ensuring access in the systems.Creation and maintenance of employment filesProcessing of employee changes in the HRIS and creation of employee changes documentation. Oversee the offboarding process from our HRIS and MGT systemsEnsure the return of company property and the deactivation of system access for departing employees.Coordinate with IT, payroll, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.Maintain accurate records of offboarding activities and documentation.Manages our Fresh Services ticketing systemQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Three to five years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding, I-9 form.Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work effectively independently and remotely. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
