Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and expand our IT Managed Services business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT solutions, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, along with a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities• Sales & Business Growth: : Identify and qualify sales opportunities for SAP offerings, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Rise with SAP, addressing customer pain points and industry demands• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads).• Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Generate qualified leads, build a sales pipeline, and drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.• Solution Selling: Understand customer requirements and position IT managed services solutions to address business challenges effectively.• Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities.• Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate pricing and contracts to close high-value deals.• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical teams, pre-sales, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.• Revenue & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the IT Managed Services division.Key Skills & Qualifications• Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management, preferably Proven success in selling SAP solutions, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Rise with SAP.• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP products and services with the ability to articulate their business value effectively.• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close enterprise-level deals.• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• Client Relationship Management: Ability to build long-term relationships and engage with senior stakeholders.• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop sales strategies.• Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and ITSM processes is an advantage.• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).s
