Our success is measured by our client's satisfaction, and we pride ourselves on building strong, ongoing relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, schedule, and post content across social media platformsDesign graphics and adjust existing creative assets to maintain brand consistencyEdit and refine PowerPoint presentations and marketing decksEdit recorded video and audio into short-form social contentOrganize, coordinate and drive attendance to webinars, podcasts, and other virtual eventsWrite blogs and one-pagers focused on the software development, DevOps, and enterprise technology sectors to enhance SEO performance.Set up and edit podcast episodes, including audio and visual post-productionUpdate website content regularly and ensure brand and messaging consistencySupport outbound email campaigns with refined messaging and copywritingCollaborate with the Marketing Director on campaign strategy, planning, and executionTrack performance of marketing activities and support lead generation goals including monitoring website traffic, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other common marketing efficiency metrics.Use AI tools for brainstorming and draft idea boards, but final deliverables must be independently created and meet our quality standardsRequired SkillsExcellent English communication skills, written and verbalStrong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)Video and audio editing skills (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, Audacity, or equivalent)Experience managing social media calendars and tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)Solid understanding of modern B2B marketing strategies, particularly for technology and software audiencesAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results on timeExperience with Headless CMS platforms (like Payload, Strapi, Sanity) for website updatesA passion for storytelling, brand building, and driving measurable marketing impactPreferredPrior experience in software development, QA, DevOps, or enterprise IT sectors is a major plusFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, or similar)Podcast editing and distribution strategy experienceApplication RequirementTo be considered for this role, applicants must follow Merito on LinkedIn when submitting their application.
