Job Title: Full Stack Developer (.NET, React, AWS)Experience: 8–12 YearsLocation: 3 days WFO -Pan IndiaJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET, React.js, and AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, leading technical initiatives, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core, React.js, and AWS services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to build seamless, user-centric web experiences.Develop robust RESTful APIs and ensure smooth integration with front-end components.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the full technology stack.Optimize and manage databases, write efficient queries, and handle schema design (SQL Server/MySQL).Build intuitive front-end interfaces with React, utilizing Redux, Hooks, or Context API for state management.Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively across the stack.Drive architectural decisions and lead technical discussions.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development.Required Skills & Qualifications:Expertise in C#, .NET Core, MVC, APIs, Entity Framework.Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery.Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and data modeling.Experience with AWS services and cloud-native application development.Proficiency in version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of performance optimization techniques and responsive design.Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD).Knowledge of authentication and authorization techniques (OAuth, JWT).Exposure to Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.Experience with TypeScript, Webpack, Babel, and modern front-end build tools.Familiarity with front-end testing tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with remote teams.Agile mindset with experience working in Scrum teams.Preferred Qualities:Proactive problem-solver with leadership capabilities.Passion for clean code, architecture, and mentoring team members.Continuous learner with a keen interest in new technologies and tools.
