The cult.sport product range is thoughtfully designed to deliver the ultimate workout experience, featuring high-quality sportswear, versatile at-home workout equipment, bicycles, and nutraceuticals.About role● Driving center sales, by managing on ground teams, franchise partners, monitoring revenue metrics and setting up cadences for regular business reviews Roles & Responsibilities● Planning and achieving center wise revenue, planning / executing initiatives enabling the same ● Monitoring key revenue metrics at regular intervals and acting on the same whenever necessary. Maintaining relevant dashboards and keeping the stakeholders updated ● Relationship building with key internal stakeholders including product, marketing teams for business inputs and with external stakeholders including franchise partners ● Regular market visits to provide ground level insights on what’s working and not working at a micro market and center level ● Conduct regular reviews with the team and assist the team in strategizing and achieving the targets set for the centers, regions, and zones ● Responsible for motivating and managing the sales team to maximize their performance and productivity Required Skills & Qualifications● Full Time graduate/ postgraduate with 4+ years of relevant experience into sales and stakeholder management - Experience across India in multiple geographies would be a plus ● Very strong communication skills - both written and verbal skills● Hands on experience working on Microsoft Office - Including Excel, PPT & Word
