You'll help deliver the latest and greatest content to their viewers while working in both supervised and unsupervised environments.Here's what you'll be working on Creating engaging and entertaining content that attracts and retains viewership Editing video footage while ensuring all deadlines are met Transforming raw footage into seamless and polished final products Emphasizing humorous and noteworthy moments Editing rough cuts of videos within the first day of receiving footage Utilizing After Effects and Photoshop to enhance and create video assets Collaborating with the Post Supervisor on QC notes implementationThe ideal candidate will: Be YouTube obsessed and enjoy having fun and being weird Be a memer and pop culture junkie who understands how to grab viewer attention Be a solutions-oriented problem solver who isn't afraid of radical candor Be a continued learner seeking further education to pursue growth Be an excellent collaborator who fuels excitement Not be afraid to ask questions and spark change Have a positive disposition who learns from failure and recognizes winsGeneral requirements: Proficient background in editing IRL YouTube content Ability to enhance entertainment value from beginning to end Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects)The creator is using Roster to track and manage all applicants.
