About Us:Baya Resorts and Homes is a boutique resort offering premium villa stays in the peaceful surroundings of Karjat. We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Housekeeping and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that our villas, common areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across all villas and rooms (cleaning, linen changes, guest room setups).Inspect rooms and villas regularly to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met.Manage minor maintenance tasks like basic plumbing, electrical repairs, and general upkeep.Coordinate with external contractors for major repair works when needed.Maintain housekeeping inventory (linen, toiletries, cleaning supplies) and order as required.Train and guide housekeeping and maintenance team members to ensure efficient service.Assist during guest check-ins and check-outs by ensuring villas are ready and in excellent condition.Ensure outdoor areas, gardens, and lighting setups are well maintained.Maintain daily logs of housekeeping and maintenance activities.Report directly to the Resort Manager / Owner.Key Requirements:3–5 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management (hospitality industry preferred).Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping work.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi, basic English preferred).Willingness to work on weekends and holidays, as per resort schedules.Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
