With more than 12+ years of experience and 2 million verifications per day, we are pioneers in this industry.Our clients include HDFC Bank, Induslnd Bank, Zomato, Amazon, PhonePe, Paytm, HUL and many others.We have successfully raised $27M from Elev8 Venture Partners, KB Investments & Tenacity Ventures!We work fully onsite on all days of the week from our office in Andheri East, MumbaiWe are the perfect match if you-Have 6+ years of experience in Project/Program Management with a focus on technical integrations or transformations.Have a proven track record of leading projects for enterprise clients, especially in the SaaS, APIs, or SDK domains.Are hands-on with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration workflows.Have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system design, and architecture principles.Possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations.Have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address unique customer challenges.Demonstrate a proactive, customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on delivering value.Are adept at mentoring and guiding junior team members.Have strong collaboration skills to foster teamwork and achieve project goals.Hold PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.Possess technical certifications in APIs, cloud platforms, or related areas, as these are a plusHere's how your day would look like-Lead and oversee technical integration and transformation projects for enterprise customers for Privy by IDfy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions.Understand customer use cases to design solutions leveraging product suiteProvide technical guidance and solution configurations tailored to customer requirements.Own and manage the end-to-end product integration lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go-live.Act as the single point of contact for product-related queries and escalations during integrations.Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, sales) and external stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.Serve as the go-to product specialist for all IDfy product suiteProvide in-depth technical insights on how solutions can be configured to meet complex enterprise needs.Facilitate and oversee all aspects of testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure successful deployments.Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot issues during the integration process.
