Grow Your Staff is looking for aJunior Purchasing & Logistics Associatefor a networking solutions company in London.The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the client, who is based in London, UK.Experience required: 3 years+ CTC: INR 3-5 LPA Time: 1 PM to 10 PM IST (Monday-Friday)Responsibilities Negotiate supplier agreements for the best terms and prices. Import products globally, ensuring prompt order fulfillment. Manage logistics, negotiate courier SLAs for optimal service and tariffs. Maintain stock levels per budget, profile, and turnover. Refine purchasing and logistics systems for efficiency. Collaborate with sales for accurate pricing and availability. Source solutions for non-core product pricing requests. Ensure core stock levels and conduct monthly stock profiling with sales. Report RMAs, evaluate suppliers, and resolve quality/lead-time issues. Secure backorders at the lowest price with the best lead times. Chase suppliers to ensure backorder shipments by month-end. Ensure timely supplier payments for advance payment terms. Ensure supplier/customer contracts are compliant and advantageous. Enhance processes for cost-effective product/service delivery. Verify supplier/third-party agreements for standards and quality. Identify risks in product portfolio/services, and recommend actions.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT environment, preferably in distribution. Experience in customer service or project management with a focus on service excellence. Demonstrated excellent time management, organisational skills, and adaptability in dynamic work environments Essential: Excellent communication skills
