By consolidating the industry’s top partnerships into a single platform, we transform commerce content into a sustainable revenue stream.We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to oversee our affiliate, content commerce, influencer and strategic B2B partnerships. This person will be responsible for managing relationship with our affiliates and drive revenue growth through their media channels. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our affiliate partners and identifying new opportunities for growth. You will make data-driven decisions by regularly reviewing and evaluating performance and compliance reports. You will work closely with the team to develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns and provide ongoing support to our affiliates to maximize their success. This candidate will have the potential managerial responsibilities with affiliate analysts to support your work. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and result driven individual to join a fast-paced, dynamic team and make a significant impact on our business.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit new affiliates to become publishers of Gekko.Manage the day-to-day affiliate inquiry and be the liaison between the affiliates and the operation team.Maximize the earnings of affiliates by constantly presenting new opportunities, top performing campaigns and other supporting metrics.Build strong relationships with affiliates through effective communication on calls, messaging apps and emailsGather campaign exposures and work with Strategic Partnership Manager for CPAi and tenancy fee opportunities.Collect brand wish lists and work with the team to prioritize the brand hit list.Monitor affiliate activity and performance to ensure compliance with brand and network policies and guidelines.Proficient in Excel/Sheet, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas like sum, average, and customizing reports.Comfortable in a startup environment and take ownership to drive tasks to completion.What are we looking for?Experience in managing publisher or affiliate programs, including experience with negotiation and communication.Minimum of 1 years in the performance marketing space, either with the brand, agency or network.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations and closing deals.Proficient in Excel/Sheet, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas like sum, average, and customizing reports.Comfortable in a startup environment and take ownership to drive tasks to completion.Preferences will be given to candidates who haveProven record of delivering results across the above segments.An existing book of business and/or experience building partnerships with affiliates.Strong communication skills in English.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing order to chaos.
