The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building long-term business partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing industry contacts.Client Engagement: Conduct high-impact meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate deals.Selling Learning & Development Solutions:Sell a wide range of customized L&D solutions, including skilling, upskilling, reskilling programs, and certification courses to corporate clientsProposal Development: Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless client onboarding, service delivery, and feedback integration.Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities to inform sales strategies and identify growth avenues.Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
