Location: Permanent Remote Work from Home in IndiaMinimum Experience: 5+ YearsShift Timings: 12pm - 9:30pm (Summer), 1pm - 10:30pm (Winter)Roles and responsibilities Roles and ResponsibilitiesBuild & Run Products:Collaborate across teams to gather business, technical, and testing requirements. Estimate, deliver tasks on time, and involve stakeholders in the process. Design, build, deploy, and monitor features in staging and production environments. Monitor products for issues and respond within 30 minutes during on-call rotations (minimum 1 week every 6 weeks). Communicate professionally with customers, product owners, and developers. Ensure Quality & Continuously Improve:Define and implement quality standards and secure coding practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10). Break complex tasks into small units (≤1 day of work). Maintain high test coverage as per KPIs; ensure issue-free, acceptance-criteria-compliant deliveries. Conduct thorough code reviews, validate against designs, and ensure test completeness.Continuously improve processes, share knowledge, and update documentation. Provide Technical Excellence & Leadership:Break down large projects into smaller deliverables; design and document technical solutions (APIs, flows, domains). Coach and mentor on design-first practices (API-first, TDD, BDD, DDD) and solid OOP principles. Review and approve scalable, maintainable, and secure code. Identify dependencies early and ensure the broader system impact is considered. Automate repeatable tasks to improve delivery speed.
