We are committed to assisting enterprises in achieving their marketing objectives through seamless technology integration and sophisticated system architectures.Responsibilities:Research, identify, and qualify potential leads across target markets (B2B product companies, SaaS vendors, IT consultancies) in Europe and the US.Build and maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data within the CRM system.Conduct prospecting activities across platforms like LinkedIn, Wellfound (formerly AngelList Talent), Product Hunt, Quora, and other relevant channels.Develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns (email outreach, social outreach, personalized messaging).Support the development of targeted lead lists through deep market research and segmentation.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals and ideal client profiles (ICPs).Maintain and report on key lead generation KPIs and metrics.Stay updated on industry trends and lead generation best practices in the digital marketing and B2B tech space.Qualifications:3–5 years of proven experience in lead generation for digital marketing agencies or B2B service providers.Strong understanding of the B2B technology landscape — especially SaaS, IT consulting, and product companies.Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and managing lead pipelines.Deep expertise in using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Wellfound, Product Hunt, Quora, and email marketing tools for prospecting.Strong research skills with the ability to identify and segment target accounts and decision-makers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills — must be able to craft compelling, personalized outreach messages.Self-starter with a high level of initiative, organization, and accountability.
