Job Purpose:The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organizational needs. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment cycle, including building talent pipelines, managing relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist.Work Location : BangaloreKey Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment:Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and job descriptions.Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.Talent Sourcing and Pipelines:Source candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.Screening and Selection:Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and facilitate decision-making discussions.Candidate Experience:Provide an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and timely feedback.Represent the company culture and values to prospective employees with professionalism.Stakeholder Management:Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and key business stakeholders.Act as a trusted advisor in recruitment processes, providing insights and market trends.Data and Reporting:Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.).Diversity and Inclusion:Drive and promote diversity recruitment strategies to meet the company’s DE&I goals.Desired experience :Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.12 yrs experience in Talent AcquisitionProven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
