The Sr. Sous Chef will lead the team in managing kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Daily tasks include menu planning, creating innovative dishes, overseeing food preparation, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
