Join us to shape the future of mobile gaming!Role Overview:We’re seeking a dynamic Fractional Head of Growth to join the founding team and drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization for our innovative real-money gaming platform. This part-time role is perfect for a strategic leader with deep expertise in real-money gaming in India and a proven track record of scaling real-money gaming businesses.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute growth strategies tailored for India and UK markets, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.Leverage expertise in India’s real-money gaming landscape to ensure compliance, localization, and market fit.Design and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, influencers, app stores, etc.) to drive downloads and engagement.Analyze user behavior and market trends to refine product features and monetization strategies.Build partnerships with local gaming communities, influencers, and payment providers in India and the UK.Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance social and competitive features for better user retention.Monitor KPIs (LTV, CAC, ARPU, etc.) and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.Requirements:Expertise in Real-Money Gaming in India: In-depth knowledge of India’s gaming regulations, player preferences, and payment ecosystems.5+ years of experience in growth marketing or leadership roles in mobile gaming, preferably in real-money or sports gaming.Proven success scaling user bases for mobile apps in India and/or the UK.Strong understanding of digital marketing, ASO, and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Appsflyer, CleverTap, Google Analytics).Familiarity with social gaming mechanics and community-building strategies.Excellent communication and leadership skills to work remotely with cross-functional teams.Passion for sports, gaming, and innovative mobile experiences.Nice-to-Haves:Established network in India’s gaming or sports industry.Experience with UK gaming market dynamics.Background in launching or scaling startups in competitive markets.Why Join Us?Be a key player in launching a groundbreaking global sports gaming franchise.Flexible, part-time role with the opportunity to make a big impact.Work with a passionate, innovative team shaping the future of mobile gaming.
