This role bridges learning and quality assurance, driving continuous improvement, standardization, and change management across the sales function, with a focus on delivering premium, tailored experiences for executive learners.Key ResponsibilitiesCall Quality & ComplianceConduct audits of inbound/outbound sales calls to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.Provide structured feedback to advisors and identify performance trends.Collaborate with QA & Training teams to optimize outreach effectiveness and conversion.Conduct advanced audits for high-stakes conversations with senior executives, focusing on consultative engagement and program fit.Create executive-level dashboards and quality reports for internal stakeholders.Learning & DevelopmentIdentify training needs through performance analysis and quality insights.Design and deliver concept-based and upskilling training modules for sales teams.Create and execute specialized training modules on consultative selling, executive presence, and high-value interactions for premium programs.Develop objection-handling frameworks and advanced roleplays tailored to executive learner scenarios.Continuously refine training content using feedback from senior learners and program performance data.Process Standardization & Change ManagementFacilitate change adoption through targeted training and communication strategies.Work with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and eliminate silos.Develop SOPs and learning materials aligned with compliance and quality frameworks.Reporting & StrategyGenerate insights on quality audits and training effectiveness to influence business decisions.Present Business Intelligence reports tailored for sales leadership.Support evaluations of platforms and vendors that enhance learning delivery.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.Strong understanding of sales processes, quality assurance, and instructional design.Experience designing training for senior professionals or premium client segments is a strong plus.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), LMS tools, and call monitoring systems.Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.Adaptability, critical thinking, and a growth mindset are essential.Experience in EdTech or a sales-driven environment is highly preferred.
