Our mission is to accelerate Asia’s transition to a just, reliable, and affordable clean energy future, driven by innovation, strong local partnerships, and a commitment to sustainability.Job Responsibilities:Handle corporate secretarial duties for Blueleaf Energy group of companies and associated companies across South Asia and Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on IndiaAssist with the incorporation of new companies, including the preparation and filing of relevant documents in accordance with internal and external regulationsEnsure accurate and timely filing with the relevant authoritiesCoordinate and assist with the conduct of board meetings, board committee meetings and general meetings of Blueleaf Energy group of companiesPrepare and draft resolutions, meeting agendas, meeting papers and minutes as well as maintain statutory records in both electronic and physical formsLiaise with external parties, including lawyers, auditors, service providers and regulatorsCoordinate and assist with document execution across various jurisdictions, including, but not limited to, arranging for wet-ink and/or e-signatures and facilitating notary sessionsManage and handle Purchase Orders and Invoices in a timely manner to facilitate timely payment to external service providersProvide administrative support to the team member based in IndiaOther ad-hoc duties as requested by the team lead.Your Skills:Qualified Company Secretary and Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of IndiaBachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration or other similar qualificationAt least 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial matters gained from practicing firms or corporationsStrong knowledge of the Companies Act 2013, the LLP Act 2008, the Foreign Exchange Management Act 1999, secretarial standards and other applicable regulationsConversant and able to demonstrate hands-on experience with MCA and RBI filingsFamiliarity with entity management software is a plus but not mandatoryProficient in both spoken and written EnglishStrong Microsoft Office skills, SharePoint and document managementAbility to work well under pressure, multi-task, meet deadlines and adopt a pragmatic approachMeticulous, organized and possess a positive working attitude with good initiative and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as within a teamOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and InclusionAt Blueleaf Energy, we are committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.
