The ideal candidate will have a solid background in tyre manufacturing and a strong record of leading cross-functional teams through the complete project lifecycle—from concept to commissioning.Key Responsibilities:Project LeadershipLead end-to-end execution of capital and strategic projects, including plant expansions, modernization, and greenfield/brownfield setups.Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes using lean and agile methodologies.Engineering & MaintenanceOversee plant engineering operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs.Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.Automation & DigitizationSpearhead automation initiatives across production, material handling, and packaging lines.Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve process efficiency and product quality.Team LeadershipLead a cross-functional team of engineers, maintenance staff, project managers, and automation specialists.Mentor and develop talent within the department.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Proven track record of leading large-scale capital projects and automation initiatives.Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and safety standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.If your Cv is matching with the JD Then kindly share your Updated Cv: Reachable @ 6290477087Thanks and RegardsNirajita Roy Chowdhury
