Position Overview:We are seeking highly accomplished .Net Full Stack & Azure Architect who can be the part of the GEDU IT Engineering Team at GEDU Noida. The person should preferably have worked as Architect in any Software Product development organization and has experience in Agile Software Development using methodologies like Scrum, Lean and SAFe etc. and delivering scalable Web/Mobile/SaaS/Cloud Products in Agile methodology. An ideal Architect at Gedu will be someone who has moved from the position of .Net Developer to .Net Solution Architect and then .Net solution Architect to Enterprise Architect role.Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of the Enterprise Architecture guard-rails, strategy, and roadmap and ensure integration with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans through coordination management.Hands on candidate in creating POC’s and applications to showcase and create templates for the development team to adopt and follow. Candidate should be willing to perform hands on delivery in time of need.Implement scalable and high-performance solutions using C#, , and other .NET technologiesDesign and implement microservices architecture using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Azure Service Fabric.Design and implement data storage solutions using Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, or other Azure data services.Ensure security best practices are implemented throughout the development lifecycle.Optimize application performance and reliability using Azure monitoring and diagnostics tools.Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, reviewing code and ensuring adherence to best practices.Stay up to date with the latest .NET and Azure technologies and trends, evaluating their applicability to our projects.Lead the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive enterprise business, information, technology, and solution architecture requirements, analysing industry, technology and market trends to determine their potential impacts on the Institute.Partner with verticals, leaders, and subject matter experts to assess current-state business architecture and identify gaps between the current and desired future-states.Lead and participate in the development and management of high-level projects or initiatives to close the gaps between the current and future–state architectures, including technology road maps, proposed change projects and target metrics.Define a clear vision that enables business innovation for the organization through the use of technology.Provide technical expertise on the wide suite of products to ensure that our salespeople are proposing feasible solutions to our customers.Work with Business stakeholders to validate configurations to determine if they will technically function and that they will perform as the customer desires/expects in their specific environment.Mentor employees who want to pursue an architecture career path.Participate in engineering audits, design reviews and troubleshooting within and outside his/her project team.Developing subsystem roadmaps applying in-depth knowledge of product related technologies, technology platforms, architectures and engineering design principles and advancements Leading the subsystems technical teams through the entire design cycle including requirements generation, design and implementation, verification & validation as the key technical mentorInteracts directly with vendors for architectural reviews and oversees more junior team members.Partner with Development team, Infrastructure team and other teams to understand recommend efficient architectures.Recommend best practices on .Net, Microservices, Azure Pipelines, Dockers and Kubernetes, SQL Server, APIs.Analyse and recommend tools for Unit Testing and Code Reviews etc.Work well both independently and in a team environment.Required Skills and Qualifications:10+ years of experience in client facing roles requiring a high degree on consultative and solutioning skills (e.g., client solutions, professional services, and implementations, etc.), providing technical solutions and building and driving software development.Software engineering background, with prior hands-on coding experience (preferred languages: .Net )Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, etc.Hands on expertise & strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes hands on experience).Strong expertise with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools for automated builds and deployments.Strong technology acumen, knowledge of engineering process, design knowledge, and architecture intelligenceSkills cutting across technology and financial domain.Ability to drive cross-functional medium & large-scale projects, across business and technology domains; stakeholder management across levels is required.Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.Strong communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders.Familiarity with cutting edge cloud solutions and data analysis techniquePrevious experience of working on .Net, SQL Server, No SQL, Microservices, GitHub, Code Branching and Merging strategies., Splunk, logging, CDN, Cloud (Azure and AWS)Previous experience of using tools like Whitehat, Sonar Cloud and AppDynamics etc.Prior experience working with global clients.
