Job descriptionBuilding and maintaining relationships with the Reconciliation team of International Student Accommodation Property Managers, financial institutions, and International Universities.Set up reconciliations processes for the team for relationship management, revenue reconciliation, invoicing, payment collection, and ancillary activitiesInteraction with aforementioned stakeholders based outside India via Calls and Emails for discussing and implementing Reconciliation and Collections processMeeting collections numbers/targets (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly), highlighting the challenges in meeting the target to internal and external stakeholders, and driving resolutionDispute Management between internal and external stakeholders related to collection communication, invoicing, and payment collections issuesShould have an understanding of All outcome-based reports, should be able to drive Collections TargetKeep improving stakeholder relationships.Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.Prepare weekly/monthly MIS Reporting for the managementParticipate in process improvement projects.Conduct weekly reviews with the team to help them drive reconciliations and collectionsProvide regular updates to the Finance team regarding collection projections and cash-flow management.Lead Audit & Due Diligence for the Revenue with the internal and statutory auditorsStrategic plans and decision-making to plan the entire revenue reconciliation for a season.Qualification and Experience:Bcom/ Mcom/ MBA (Finance preferred) with 5- 8 years of experience in the Revenue / Collections Team of an organization dealing with financial institutions / equivalent institutions.Open to working in shifts based on business needsThis job is not limited to an accounting role but requires skills to enhance stakeholder relationships and take strategic decisions to plan a reconciliation cycle.Skills:Excellent Interpersonal Skills and proficient English.Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS ExcelGood Analytical & Problem-solving skillsProficient in data preparation, interpretation, and analytical skills.
