The company is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as the Head of Admin and Facilities Management.Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced and proactive Head of Admin and Facilities Management to oversee all administrative functions and facilities management across our client's offices PAN India. This leadership role will involve strategic planning, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing a safe, productive, and employee-friendly environment. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing both administrative and facilities functions in a high-growth technology environment.Key Responsibilities:Admin and Facilities Strategy: Develop and execute the company’s administrative and facilities management strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Facilities Oversight: Manage and optimize all office facilities across PAN India, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to employee productivity.Vendor Management: Lead and manage vendor relationships for services such as office maintenance, security, housekeeping, and utilities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high standards of service.Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage the facilities and admin budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality.Space Planning and Office Setup: Oversee the design and implementation of office spaces, ensuring they are modern, functional, and aligned with the company’s culture and growth requirements.Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all facilities. Establish emergency procedures, risk management practices, and employee wellness initiatives.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of administrative and facilities personnel across multiple locations.Employee Services: Provide support to employees in areas such as transportation, cafeteria management, and other employee-related services to ensure a positive experience.IT and Equipment Management: Coordinate with the IT department for the setup, maintenance, and management of office equipment and technology infrastructure.Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 12-18 years of experience in facilities management, administration, or operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a fast-paced, technology-driven company.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations, or related field.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, driving efficiency and high performance.Vendor Management: Strong experience in managing multiple vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
