Job Description: Project Manager - Digital Loan Agency PlatformCompany: NewBridge Fintech Solutions Ltd.Location: PuneAbout Us:We are building a state of the art digital agency solution.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the execution of our cutting-edge digital loan agency platform. This platform will revolutionize how loan agencies operate bringing in efficiencies in workflows between corporate borrowers, loan administrative agent and the Lenders. The Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring its successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex software development projects, a deep understanding of the financial services industry, and excellent leadership , technical and communication skills.Responsibilities:• Project Planning and Execution:o Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.o Define project tasks and resource requirements.o Manage project execution to ensure adherence to plan, budget, and schedule.o Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.o Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.• Stakeholder Management:o Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business leaders, product and technology teams, and external vendors.o Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project alignment with business objectives.o Facilitate project meetings and workshops.• Risk Management:o Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.o Proactively manage and resolve project issues.• Team Leadership:o Lead, motivate, and manage the project team, including engineering manager , dev ops , developers, business analysts, product manager and quality assurance engineers.o Delegate tasks and provide guidance and support to team members.o Monitor team performance and provide feedback.• Technical Oversight:o Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the platform is developed according to specifications and best practices and completely aligned to the BRD, wireframes ,and other technical documentation.o Understand the technical architecture of the platform and its various components.o Ensure the platform's scalability, security, and performance.o Manage the integration of the platform with other systems.• Quality Assurance:o Work with the quality assurance team to develop and execute testing plans.o Manage the resolution of defects and issues.• Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:o Ensure the platform complies with all relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., data privacy, security).• Vendor Management:o Manage relationships with external vendors involved in the project.o Ensure vendor deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards.o Negotiate contracts and manage vendor budgets.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing complex software development projects, preferably in the financial services industry.• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.• Strong understanding of the loan agency business processes and financial products.Technical Knowledge/Skills:• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).• Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS - as per the architecture diagram).o Specifically: API Gateway ,EKS / ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, Terraform• Understanding of database concepts and technologies.• Knowledge of system integration principles and technologies.• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements.• Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Soft Skills:• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.• Ability to manage and motivate teams.• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.• Strong attention to detail.• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
