You will be the first point of contact and create a strong foundation for customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Engage with inbound leads and outbound prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.Understand customer needs, preferences, and investment goals.Explain Cityplots' offerings, services, and USPs effectively.Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and location preferences.Maintain and update lead information in the CRM.Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and encourage progression through the sales funnel.
