OVERVIEW:The position of the Artificial Intelligence Payment Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all payment processing related tasks of Artificial Intelligence projects. DESCRIPTION:Work with payment support team on daily task related to processing payments of the participants across the different locations.Coordinate all the administrative tasks related to the AI ProjectsWill be responsible for all communication (email and calls) with different team members and stakeholdersWill be responsible for providing timely updates to the PM/Account managers and Account Payables teamsDo timely follow-up with Account team to release pending payments for the participants from different locations.Monitor and control payment requests statuses, troubleshooting payment issues and collecting missing information,Comply with relevant and applicable proceduresAll other tasks as assigned by a manager REQUIRED SKILLS:Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsDetail orientation with the ability to multitaskAbility to meet deadlinesExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsIndependence in carrying out assigned tasksAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentHighly developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows)Understanding of payment cycles, account payables and basic accounting proceduresREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Fresher with no experience can applyUniversity Degree.
