The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system upgrades, SAP BTP subaccount setups, cloud-to-on-premise integrations, and HANA database administration. You will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, performance, and integration of SAP landscapes across hybrid environments.Key Responsibilities:Manage and administer SAP BTP environments including Global & Sub-account setups, Cloud ALM, Cloud TMS, and SAP Cloud ConnectorExecute SAP system installations, upgrades, patches, and kernel upgrades across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and Fiori environmentsPerform system copies/refreshes using SAP Landscape Management (LaMa)Conduct SAP to BTP integrations for modules such as S/4HANA, Fiori, MDG, with BTP services like SAP DI, LBN, CPI, BIConfigure and maintain STMS, RFCs, CHARM for transport managementTroubleshoot and resolve authorization issues using SAP Security (PFCG); administer users, licenses, and rolesWork on HANA DB conversions, MAXDB to HANA migration, tenant DB sizing, and backup/restore operationsUtilize tools such as HANA Cockpit, HANA Studio, and custom shell scripts for monitoring and automationParticipate in regular server maintenance, system audits, and performance tuningDocument processes and support compliance with JSOX and SoD guidelinesTechnical Skills Required:SAP BASIS AdministrationSAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)SAP LaMa, HANA Studio, HANA CockpitSAP Security (PFCG), User & Role ManagementSAP Integration with CPI, DI, LBN, BIHANA DB, MaxDB, SybaseLinux, AIX, Windows Server OSSTMS, RFC, CHARM ConfigurationShell ScriptingPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldSAP certification in S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System UpgradeExposure to multi-client and hybrid SAP landscapesExperience with SSL, SSO, Certificate & Audit ConfigurationsSoft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong written and verbal communicationTeam-oriented with a proactive and self-driven attitudeAbility to handle production-critical issues under pressure
