Agri Business | Acquisition Relationship Manager - Working Capital ( Sales ) | Commercial BankJob Role : -Responsible for conversation targets on leads for the region.To understand customers business model, appraise financials (basis knowledge) to identify suitable NTB opportunities for Working capital (fund based/non-fund based) & Term Loan facilities in Agri, Food processing & MSME Industries. Cross sell liability & other third party products.To collaborate with internal bank channels & develop open market sourcing thru DMA’s & CA’s.Understand various sources of leads & engage with sales for best results / conversation from each platform.The candidate should be aggressive sales person.Should have knowledge on the market & experience of Working capital/ SME/ LAP.To engage with Credit & risk function, legal & technical teams, RCAD & GR/GTS team for smooth customer Onboarding.Closely monitor accounts under his/her management, ensuring timely perfection of security & other post disbursement deferrals.Job Requirement :- •CA / Graduate / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate in Banking and Finance .•Good Knowledge of Market & Relevant products.•Decent communication skill.•Knowledge of SME/ Working capital/ Agri Business & local market.
