In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive marketing and sales efforts.You will create and administer engaging social media content, foster interactive relationships with our audience, and stay ahead of the latest trends and technologies to keep our brand fresh and relevant.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage creative social media strategies.Plan and oversee the content calendar and content execution across all platforms.Engage and interact with users across channels to build a loyal community.Measure and report the performance of social media campaigns; adjust strategies as needed.Collaborate with industry professionals, influencers, and relevant brands to strengthen networks.Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, technologies, and wedding/event trends.Work with management to analyze long-term social media needs and present quarterly growth reports.Respond promptly to all online engagements and comments.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong multi-tasking and time-management skills.Ability to interpret and explain social media data and metrics effectively.In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram marketing, and platform-specific best practices.Familiarity with SEO strategies and web traffic metrics.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Basic photography skills are a plus.Awareness of wedding industry portals and trends.QualificationsBachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in social media management.Software ProficiencyAdobe PhotoshopMS Office SuiteGoogle AnalyticsSocial Media Analytics ToolsInterestsThe ideal candidate should have a strong passion for:New technologies and social media innovationsContent creation and production techniquesWedding and events industry trendsPhotography and visual storytellingPerks and BenefitsCompetitive compensation aligned with industry standards.A collaborative and inspiring team environment.Balanced focus on career growth and personal development.
