The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for handling RPO day-to-day operations such as talent mapping, sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The role involves liaising with department heads for seamless hiring, conducting training sessions for new hires, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure a swift recruitment process. QualificationsRecruiting and Hiring skillsInterviewing and Communication skillsExperience in handling ATS, LinkedIn and other recruitment tools is a must.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in recruitment, especially within RPO or staffing agencies, is a plus
