The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest experiences, manage daily operations, and develop wellness programs.Responsibilities:Ayurveda Doctor Responsibilities:- Conduct consultations and health assessments for guests- Develop personalized wellness plans, including diet, exercise & Yoga, and stress management- Provide Ayurvedic treatments and therapies- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and treatment plansSupervisor Responsibilities:- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences- Manage front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams- Develop and implement effective communication strategies for guests and staff- Monitor and control hotel expenses, maintaining budgetary targetsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda Medicine (BAMS)- 3+ years of experience as an Ayurveda Doctor- 2+ years of experience in hotel management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership and team management abilities- Proficiency in guest relationship management and conflict resolution- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage managementWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunity to work in a unique and dynamic wellness environment- Professional growth and development opportunitiesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From ₹24,000.00 per monthBenefits:Food & Accomodation providedExperience:Total work: 3 years (Required)Work Location: In person
