Identifying and recruiting new subject matter experts using the resources provided and Swissmen's tech-driven platform. 2- Screening experts to determine their suitability for client projects, and developing profiles and background expertise for each expert to present to clients. 3- Collaborating with the team to refine project scopes and adjust sourcing strategies to ensure successful outcomes for clients' projects. 4- Scheduling and coordinating engagements and consultations between clients and experts.Key Skills & Experience:Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple client projects with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
