This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing merchandising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, an eye for luxury merchandising, and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences, being data & reporting driven. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and exceed revenue targets for the brand’s luxury décor and tableware lines. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors to expand brand presence and sales channels. • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of trends in the luxury décor and tableware industry. • Monitor and manage sales performance across all channels, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets. • Oversee inventory management, ensuring the right products are available to meet demand. • Coordinate seasonal and promotional merchandising efforts to achieve better sales. Customer Engagement: • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting high-net-worth individuals, interior designers, and boutique retailers with personalized product recommendations. • Collect customer feedback and insights to inform product development, sales strategies, and merchandising improvements. Key Qualifications: • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience preferably in luxury retail sales and merchandising, within the home décor or tableware industry. • Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer demographics. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
