The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate travel management, vendor coordination, and general office administration.This role involves coordinating travel for employees and guests, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and providing backend support to the Admin and HR team for smooth office functioning.Key Responsibilities:Travel Coordination:Manage complete travel logistics – air, rail, road travel bookings, hotel accommodations, local transport, visa assistance, and travel insurance.Coordinate with travel agencies, hotels, and transport vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely bookings.Maintain updated travel MIS, expense reports, approvals, and booking records.Ensure travel policy compliance and assist in optimizing travel-related costs.Handle last-minute travel changes, emergencies, or escalations efficiently.Administrative Support:Assist the Admin team with facility management, office supplies, vendor follow-ups, and upkeep of office premises.Support employee onboarding logistics – desk readiness, ID cards, and seating coordination.Help in organizing employee events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and hospitality arrangements.Work closely with HR for travel planning related to recruitment drives, training, and employee relocations.Maintain admin records, documentation, and internal communication as needed.Key Requirements:Graduate in any discipline; certification/diploma in Travel & Tourism or Office Administration preferred.2–5 years of experience in corporate travel and administrative functions.Strong coordination skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Familiarity with travel booking platforms, vendor negotiations, and expense tracking.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and good documentation practices.Excellent communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.Team player with a collaborative approach and ability to support the broader Admin & HR function.
