The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, production planning, quality control, budgeting, and production management on a day-to-day basis.QualificationsPlant Operations, Production Planning, and Production Management skillsQuality Control and Budgeting skillsExperience in managing a manufacturing plant (Preferably in Pipe Extrusion)Excellent leadership and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldPrevious experience in the irrigation or agricultural industry is a plus
